Green tea – in addition to the already mentioned antioxidants, green tea is a wealth of anti-inflammatory ingredients and helps to maintain proper hydration of the entire body.
Water – seemingly obvious, but unfortunately we forget about the obvious matters the easiest, so it is worth repeating that water without any additives most effectively irrigates the body and supports its purification; by drinking at least 1.5 liters of water a day you also minimize the risk of cellulite formation.
Quark – apart from the obvious calcium content, it is also a great source of selenium, which plays an important role in the skin structure. If you can’t eat dairy products, choose eggs that are rich in iron, other than selenium, to protect against anaemia.
